How We Handle Your Information
What we collect
When you send a project request, we receive the contact details, property address, project description and photos you provide. If you include an Ask Living Earth conversation with your request, that conversation is kept with it.
How it is used
We use this information to review your project, respond to you, and prepare estimates or proposals. We do not sell it or share it for advertising.
Exploring with Ask Living Earth
You can ask questions without giving your name or contact details. Conversations are only sent to us when you choose to submit an inquiry.
Keeping it secure
Inquiries and photos are stored privately and are accessible only to Living Earth. Client project records are kept in your private Client Portal.
